| 摘 要： | 中国共产党党员权利是指按照党章和其他党内法规的规定,党员在党内应行使的权力和应享有的利益,它具有权威性、相对性和规范性等特征。确保党员主体地位是实现党员权利的实质。党员权利具有激励、凝聚、监督、整合和调节功能。
