摘    要:高师院校转型,既有自上而下的行政推动,又有自下而上的需求推动,也是世界教师教育潮流的影响和内部生存发展的需要。这一过程中存在外力推动多于内力驱使、教师教育被弱化和忽视、综合优势未得到真正体现等问题,需要继续保持“一主多元”格局、制定师范院校评价机制、打造教师教育核心竞争力等.

Abstract:The transformation of higher normal institutions is not only driven by administration from up to down but also the need from down to up. Moreover, it is the necessity of following the tendency of teacher education, internal survival and development. During this process, there also exist many questions, such as the stronger of external push than internal push, the weakening and neglect of teacher education as well as the lessening of comprehensive advantages. We should continue to keep the pattern of "one main and many mutli", establish the evaluation mechanism of normal institutions and form the core competition of teacher education.
