浙江高职院校日语专业师资建设的若干思考

摘    要:浙江高职院校日语专业师资队伍主要存在双师素质缺乏,年龄层次不均匀,职称结构不平衡,师资来源有待调整,教学内容与日企实际工作结合度不够等问题,应通过新教师岗前培训,教师研修班,教育教学能力评估,教师教学技能比赛,青年教师成长考核,到企业挂职等方法提高教师的双师素质和教育教学水平。在对日语专业师资进行"外引"的同时,更应该注重"内培"工作,切实提高高职院校的日语师资力量。

Abstract:Lacking of academic-practical teachers, ill-construction of age and professional title as well as teaching content that can't meet the demand of Japanese companies are the current situation and problems existed in higher vocational and technical colleges. This paper reflects on the building of professional teaching staff in the Japanese faculties or departments in higher vocational and technical colleges in Zhejiang. Workable countermeasures such as pre-job training, stuff training class, teaching proficiency competition, assessment on young stuff as well as training stuff in enterprises are provided in this paper.
