| 摘 要： | 针对“资产管理信息系统”在清华资产管理中的实际应用进行了分析论述，认为基于网络的该管理信息系统在改进资产管理模式、提高管理工作效率、严格管理制度、增强服务功能及减少系统后期维护等方面进行了积极的探索，并取得了有益的成果。本系统的成功应用为国内高校的资产管理工作提供了有价值的参考。

| Abstract: | The analysis and comments was proposed upon the application of Assets Management InformationSystem(Assets MIS) in Tsinghua University. It was indicated that active efforts were made on improvement ofthe assets management manner, increase of the work efficiency, restriction of the management regulatio, enhancement of the service function and decrease of the following period maintenance expenses in this system, andsome meaningful results were gained. Successful application of this assets MIS gave a valuable reference for theassets management in domestic colleges and universities. |
