| 摘 要： | 哈佛大学招募精英经历了贵族精英阶段、学术精英阶段、平民精英阶段，每一阶段总能随着社会、经济、文化等的发展既继承优秀传统又具有时代特点。本文分析了哈佛大学每个阶段的招生特征，并指出，为培养新时代的精英阶层，哈佛大学制定了在高度量化基础上的高度个性化、无障碍入学、国际化等招生政策。
