| Abstract: | Edition is a particular cultural identity. The cultural quality of a journal embodies the intrinsic style of the journal. The culturl significance and task of journal editing lie in the satisfaction of the increasing cultural needs and its devotion to the inheritance and innovation of all the human civilization indicated in the people'cultural taste. Editors are supposed to aim high in their cultural vision and pursuit. |
