| Abstract: | With traditional culture and modern civilization as a backgrourd and condition and with the retirement of people and the natural environment of mankind as a backing- we should pay close attention to the environment problems- hold the plus of sustained development of economy- look forward the future of the world and base ourselves upon"the overall quality education"of people and"caracter education". We must train and promote the creative capacity in designing arts. |
