论科研协作的主客体条件

主客体条件相互配合是保证科研协作成功的前提。主体条件主要有协作的主观意愿与感情基础、心理基础、个体素质因素和群体因素四方面；客体条件主要有客观必要性、研究课题的相近性或互补性、协作的资源条件、协作的法律与制度因素、协作的化环境五方面。

Subjective and Objective Factors of Coordination in Scientific Research

The cooperation of subjective factor and objective factor is essential to the success of coordination of scientific research. In this paper, the subjective factor that influences the coordination of scientific research is discussed from four aspects firstly: the subjective will and emotional foundation, the psychological foundation, the individual quality factor, the colony factor. And then, its objective factor is discussed from the following five aspects: the cooperators and the objective necessity for coordination, the similarity or complementarity of the subject of research, the resource condition of coordination, the law and system factor for coordination, the cultural environment of coordination.
