| 摘 要： | “知识经济”概念不能简单等同于“高机关报技术”等概念,知识经济产生的关键在于工业化过程,以及此前所积蓄的人类文明创造的使知识和人才胶颖而出的制度性条件,我们应从以下方面做好准备迎接知识经济的到来：以全新的角度树立新观念和新思维;更多的关注自然科学,但绝不能忽视哲学社会科学的地位和作用;积蓄力量,准备条件。

| Abstract: | This essay expounds contents of the information soc iety and the foundation that it is built upon. Make sure not to misappropriate the concept of the information society as it is not the counterpart of "high-t echnology". The essay also points out that the process of industrialization gav e birth to the information society. The knowledge system accumulated by human c ivilization allows the intellectual community become eminent. We should make pre parations for the arrival of information society in the following three aspects: a. Renew concept and ideas from a new perspective. b. Focus our attention on na tural science but not to ignore the funcation of social science. c. Build up ene rgy and make the necessary preparations. |
