| 摘 要： | 章依据大量史实，总结了兵团早期工业（1949-1966年）发展的经验教训，认为兵团工业的发展既要自力更生又要争取外授，既要立足农业又要配套发展，必须重视经济质量，必须正确处理农轻重关系，兵团企业决不能无偿移交。
