| 摘 要： | 结合河南农业大学中央与地方共建观赏植物实验室的建设实践,提出了"制度管理先行,科研促进教学"的管理模式。细述了观赏植物实验室的制度管理、仪器设备采购管理和专项经费使用管理的具体做法,为高校实验室建设提供有益参考。
