| 摘 要： | 大学生就业难存在多方面原因，可采取以下途径加以解决：大力发展经济，创造更多的就业岗位；适应市场需要，调整专业结构，加强学生实际工作能力锻炼；完善就业指导服务体系，帮助学生转变观念，提高学生的择业能力；引导毕业生流向农村、西部地区、民营企业和生产第一线；鼓励学生自主创业和非正规就业，等。
