| 摘 要： | 教育资源的分配是教育公平问题的核心内容,教育资源的分配与中国特有的“关系”及资源支配者的心理历程有较大的关联.中国特有的“关系”是基于“生活世界”的交往和儒家伦理形成的特殊交往规则,决定了教育资源分配时的本土特征,引起教育资源分配的反公平的现象.中国特有“关系”下教育公平的实现应关注教育资源支配者的“风险回避”心理,将以“关系”为主导的教育资源分配模式以“制裁”的方式予以应对.
