摘    要:中等职业教育中的教育对象是正处于人生“黄金年代”的青年学生,面对这一自我意识增强、智力发展迅速、情绪易波动以及参与意识强烈而文化水平参差不齐的特定群体,教师应积极转换角色,根据信息时代学习网络化、教学资源多元化、学习环境生活化的变革,与时俱进,针对学生身心特征和当今社会对职高生的要求,努力使自己成为学生身心的调控者和学习能力、实践能力、创新能力的引导者与促进者。

On the Teacher's Roles in Middle School Vocational Education

Abstract:The middle school vocational education is for those students who are at the golden age in their lives.When the teachers teach such kind of special group which are concerning more about themselves than ever and their emotions are easily flexible.They are strongly willing to take apart in society,but their abilities or knowledge are not in the same level.The teacher should take an active attitude to their roles in the teaching course,basing on information modern time change of internet and multiple teaching materials and living environment.The teachers should go ahead with time,knowing the professional students' characters and the society requirements to them well,then try to be instructors s of students' soul and health development,and initiators of their studying abilities and creating abilities as well.
