摘    要:秦淮河是流经南京市的主要河流之一,近年来有关秦淮河污染的治理问题日益引起人们的关注。本文利用蚕豆根尖微核技术监测了内秦淮河20个河段的水质污染情况。结果显示:内秦淮河20个路段中水质属重度污染的有7处,占全部监测点的35%;水质属中度污染的有13处,占全部监测点的65%。

Abstract:Qinhuai River is one of the major water channels in Nanjing area, and its pollution has been drawing more attention in recent years. By using Vicia faba root tip cells micronucleus test technique water samples in 20 different places of inner Qinhuai River were monitored. The result shows that micronuclei frequency in each monitoring point is higher than that in control. It demonstrates that the 7 out of the 20 places were polluted seriously, which account for 35%; the rest, that is, 13 of them were of medium pollution, which account for 65% of the monitoring points.
