| 摘 要： | 组织行为学是MBA、MPA课程体系中一门重要的专业基础课，对学员学习其它相关课程及其实际工作具有重要影响。在教学过程中，教师应在教学的内容与方法两个方面与学员一起共同探究，帮助学员从学习的本质特征上提升学习效果，实现“知道”“悟道”与“行道”这三层教学境界的有机统一，才能达成我们预期的教学目标。

| Abstract: | Organizational behavior,as a major foundation course in MBA and MPA programs,is highly important to students.In the process of teaching,the teacher should coordinate closely with students to help them reach a high level of mastery-not only understanding but also internalizing and practicing the principles.Only then will the goal of teaching be fully realized. |
