学生标准化病人教学法在“基础护理技术”课程教学中的应用

摘    要:为探究学生标准化病人教学法在"基础护理技术"课程教学中的应用效果,本研究采取便利抽样法,随机选取40名2018级护理专业学生作为对照组,采用理实一体方式教学;随机选取40名学生作为观察组,采用学生标准化病人进行理实一体化教学。针对两组学生1学年的技能考核成绩和静脉输液技术的随机操作考核成绩进行评价分析。结果发现,观察组的技能考核成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对于静脉输液单项技能考核成绩,观察组实施过程、实施后处理与效果总评项目评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组学生对SSP教学法的评价,设定的评价项目总体满意度在90%。因此,将学生标准化病人方法应用于"基础护理技术"课程教学中,既提高了学生的学习积极性、主动性和对临床护理工作情境的体验度,又提升了其人文关怀能力和课程学习效率,同时促进了教师教学能力的提高。

Application of Student Standardized Patients in the "Fundamental Nursing Technology" Course

Abstract:To explore the teaching effect of student standardized patients applied in the "fundamental nursing technology" course, 40 nursing students were randomly selected from the 2018 nursing students of our school as the control group, and the method of integrating theory and practice was used for teaching in this paper, in addition, 40 students were randomly selected as the observation group, and the standardized patients were used for the integration of theory and practice. The skill assessment and random operation assessment of two groups of students in two semesters were evaluated and analyzed. The results showed that the scores of skill test and observation composition in the two semesters were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of single intravenous infusion examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The students in the observation group were more than 90% satisfied with the evaluation of SSP teaching method. Thus, the teaching method of student standardized patients can improve students’ learning enthusiasm, initiative and experience of clinical nursing work situation, also it is beneficial to improve students’ humanistic care ability and curriculum learning efficiency, teachers’ teaching and learning ability as well.
