| 摘 要： | 精准扶贫背景下,贫困生成长已成为多方关注的焦点。对广东省五所高职院校1176位高职贫困生的调查研究结果显示,生态系统理论中微观系统的学习动机因素、中观系统的家庭教育因素、外层系统的地方政府因素、宏观系统的教育政策因素以及历时系统的升学因素对高职贫困生个性化成长影响最大。基于此,提出系列改进策略,以期促进高职贫困生个性化成长。

| Abstract: | Under the background of precise poverty alleviation, a survey from 1176 poor students in five higher vocational colleges in Guangdong province show that the learning motivation factors in micro-system of ecological system theory, family education in medium system, local government in outer system, educational policy factors in macro-system and continue study in last system have the greatest influence in the individualized growth of higher vocational college students. Thus, this paper put forward some strategies to promote the individualized growth of the poor students in higher vocational colleges. |
