| 摘 要： | 高校学生会是一个学生群众组织,相对于其他群团组织来说,高校学生会有着自己的特殊性,他带有浓郁的官方色彩,现实中受高校党委领导,团委的直接管理,是大团建的重要组成部分。同时,又是一个服务引领学生的组织,发挥着"自我教育、自我管理、自我服务"的功能。如何把握自身的群众性定位,对高校学生会的自身发展、作用发挥有着非常重要的作用。
