| 摘 要： | 中唐士人多尚佛禅，元稹亦不例外，他受中唐尚佛世风的感发，也受其屡遭贬谪的人生感遇的影响，使他与佛禅之间产生了较为密切的关系。他广游禅寺、交结僧人、感悟禅理，在禅观启示下体悟社会与人生，调整自己的贬谪失衡心态。禅宗思想对元稹的人生与创作产生了明显的影响。

| Abstract: | The people living during the middle period of Tang Dynasty tended to believe in Zen, and Yuan Zhen was one of them. Inspired by the then social style, influenced by his own life, Yuan Zhen developed a relatively close relation with Zen. He travelled a lot, experiencing and sensing the society and human life to adapt his mentality. The Zen thought produced obvious impact upon Yuan＇s life and creation. |
