| Abstract: | This paper begins with a classified and critical analysis of some major theories of organizational culture. Through examination of these theories, the author tries to find the logical relations a-mong the factors of organizational culture. Finally, the author points out the contributions and limitations of these organizational culture theories to the analysis of university culture and thus setting up a basis for the application of the theories of organizational culture to the research on the university culture. |
