| 摘 要： | 通过对粤东地区中小学体育师资结构的调查分析，结果表明：粤东地区中小学特别是乡镇中小学体育教师队伍存在数量不足及结构不合理等问题．为了推动粤东地区学校体育的发展，应该重视粤东地区体育师资队伍的建设，加强中小学体育师资队伍的培训，提高体育资师队伍的政治思想业务素质，不断完善师资队伍结构．

| Abstract: | Through investigation & analysis of PE teachers'structure in middle and primary schools in East Guangdong,the result is that there are problemsof deficiency in quantity and unreasonable structure etc.of the PE teachers'team.Besides,there are greater disparities between city & township schools.In order to develop PE education in East Guangdong,it is necessary to pay attention to PE teachers' team building,to strengthen PE teachers'training,to improve teachers'politics and professional qualities,and to perfect teachers'team structure. |
