| 摘 要： | 照搬俄国苏维埃政权模式,给中国的苏维埃政权建设留下了一些沉痛的教训,如效仿苏联设立国家政治保卫局,导致苏区肃反扩大化的严重错误;照搬苏联的政党制度,造成苏区“党政不分”、“以党代政”的严重后果;照搬苏联联邦制国家结构形式,有可能加剧民族分裂活动;照搬俄国苏维埃政权的阶级关系模式,使民族资产阶级以及富农在很长时期被当作革命的对象。

| Abstract: | Mechanical application of Russian Soviet regime to the construction of China's red political power is in a sense a bitter experience.The establishment of National Political Security Bureau resulted in the magnification of the elimination of counterrevolutionaries.The mechanical application of Soviet party system brought into existence the phenomenon of the Party taking the place of the government.The employment of federation system gave a chance to ethnic splittism to run rampant.And the adoption of Soviet class division mode made national bourgeoisie and rich peasants the object of dictatorship. |
