DUSY催化山苍子油与乙二醇的缩醛化反应研究

摘    要:本文研究了脱铝超稳Y沸石催化山苍子油与乙二醇的缩醛化反应,考察了山苍子油中各主要成份在反应前后的变化,山苍子油中两种异构体的反应速率以及催化剂的重复使用性。结果表明:脱铝超稳Y是山苍子油与乙二醇缩醛化反应的良好催化剂,在适宜条件下,该反应可在4小时内完成,缩醛产率达94%以上,该法操作简便,易于工业化生产。

studies on Acetalization of Litsea Cubeba Oil with Glycol Catalyzed by Dealuminated USY

Abstract:In this paper, the acetalization of litsea cubeba oil and glycol by using dealuminated USY zeolite as catalyst was studied. The change of the main components in litsea cubeba oil before and after the acetalization , the reaction rate of two isomers in litsea cubeba oil and repeated use of the catalyst were investiguted. The experimental results showed that dealuminated USY was a good catalyst, and the acetalization could be finished in 4 hours with over 94% yield under the appropriate reaction conditions. This method was convenient and feasible for industrial production.
