| 摘 要： | 学习意志是学生获得优异成绩，实现远大学习目标的重要主观条件。培养学生具有良好的学习意志品质，对于他们学有所成，使之成为具有新型个性的德、智、体等方面全面发展的人材具有重要的意义。为此，教育工作者必须认真研究学习意志品质的特性，弄清影响学生学习意志的主要因素，进而采取有效的方法和途径，对学生的学习意志进行悉心的培养。
