| 摘 要： | 企业政工工作是坚持贯彻党的路线、方针、政策的首要工作,对提高广大员工思想觉悟,提高员工队伍的凝聚力和战斗力,从而顺利实现企业生产经营目标具有重大意义。政工干部素质能力的高低,直接决定着政工工作的实施效果。从政工干部自身的角度,阐述政工干部要想做好政工工作,提出了应具备的各项素质和能力。
