| 摘 要： | 本以战略管理为背景，以持续改进企业业绩和提高企业竞争力为基本指导思想，突破传统财务业绩评价的局限，尝试性地提出了一个新的业绩评价理论框架。该框架由三部分组成：（1）评价准则部分；（2）评价内部部分；（3）评价结果输出部分。
