| 摘 要： | 网络技术的不断发展，为信息的迅速传递提供了有利的条件，特别是使得音频和视频等多媒体的传递成为了可能。在国际互联网上存在的大量英语学习网站，部分解决了中国远程学习没有英语学习环境的问题，是远程英语学习的有益补充。

| Abstract: | The continuous development of Web Technology gives great advantage of rapid information communication, which makes it possible for the transmission of multimedia especially, such as audio and video materials. There are plenty of English learning websites on line, which partially solve the problem that many Chinese distance learners do not have English learning environment. They are useful supplement of distant English learning. |
