| Abstract: | The paper introduces the economic situation both at home and abroad, and analyzes the difficulties and development opportunities that hydro-electrical enterprise faces up. It focuses on expounding thetask for hydro-electrical construction enterprise under the new situation. Finally, according to the currentsituation of the author's working place, several concrete measures of reform have been proposed. |
