| Abstract: | Information filtering is a series of process of selecting relevant information or eliminating irrelevant information from dynamic information flow on the Internet according to some certain criteria and by some tools. This article discusses the principles of information filtering, summarizes the classifications of network information filtering system, analyzes the structure and function of filtering software and introduces some means of evaluation and selection. |
