| 摘 要： | 档案案卷质量的好坏关系到档案的使用和保存价值，也是一个单位档案资源能否得到有效开发的重要条件之一。如何在实施《高等学校档案管理办法》推行部门立卷的同时保证档案案卷质量是档案工作的目标。本文从分析影响档案案卷质量的因素入手，提出如何做好部门立卷，提高案卷质量。

| Abstract: | The quality of archive is related to the usage and preserved value of archive, and it is also one of the important conditions for whether a department could develop the archives resource efficiently or not. How to implement the colleges and universities archive management approach and department filing, then guarantee the quality of archive at the same time is the goal of archival work. This article will start from analyzing the factors of affecting archive quality, proposing how to complete department filing and improve archive＇ s quality. |
