福建省西部地区环境承载力评价研究——以福建省三明市清流县为例

本文以环境承载力理论和可持续发展思想为指导，以GIS为手段，对福建省西部地区（以福建省三明市清流县为例）环境承载力和可持续发展状况进行分析评价，构建了福建省西部地区环境承载力评价的指标体系，阐述了存在的问题，提出了提高区域环境承载力的途径与措施。

Evaluation on Environmental Carrying Capacity in Western Fujian Taking Qingliu County in Sanming City as an Example

This article, taking the theory of environmental carrying capacity and sustainable development as a guideline, and GIS as the research approach, makes an analysis and assessment on the environmental carrying capacity and the stage of sustainable development in the western part of Fujian province （focusing on Qingliu County, Sanming, Fujian）. It builds up the index system of environmental carrying capacity for the area, elaborates the existing problems and raises the approaches and measures of improving the environmental carrying capacity in that area.
