| 摘 要： | 为满足社会需求，采用实证研究和比较分析的方法，对资产评估专业的市场需求进行调查研究；获得结论为，资产评估专业具有良好的社会需求，资产评估专业应该以注册资产评估师为主要目标，兼顾培养在不动产、其他相关资产或涉及财务管理方面的需求；学校应注重课程设置，注意能力素质的培养。

| Abstract: | To meet social demend,This paper researches the need for the assets evaluation major,using the method of demonstration analysis,contrast analysis.The conclusion is,the major has a large social demands and this should take the certificated assets valuer as a goal,while satisfying the demands on real estate valuation,other related valuation and financial management;students' ability training and the setting-up of the course should be highly valued on. |
