| 摘 要： | 城市化整体水平滞后,是制约西部经济发展的又一“瓶颈”。突破“小城镇思维定势”局限,因地制宜,采取相对迁徙,集中力量培育中心城市,重点建设县府所在地的小城镇,把第三产业作为吸纳农村劳动力的主要产业,乃是西部城市化提速的可取思路。

| Abstract: | The whole degree of urbanization lags behind, which is another choke point that restricting the development of economy in the west of China. The thought of breaking through the limitation of tendency thinking of small town,adjusting measures to local conditions, taking migration relatively, concentrating upon breeding center city, laying emphases on building up small towns where counties are, and taking the third industry as main industry to abstract country work force can be adopted to speed up the urbanization of the west of China. |
