论高校德育工作者向研究型角色的转换

高校德育要适应新时期社会对人才培养的需要,德育工作者要实现角色的转换,努力使德育工作体现时代性,把握规律性,富于创造性,即必须成为研究型的德育工作者。与传统的角色相比较,高校德育工作者自身要完成“变师道尊严型为亲和友善型,变‘教书匠’为‘工程师’,变德识传递型为德识诱导型,变思政专科型为知识渊博型,变安于现状型为主动改进型”的转换。

Role-changing for Moral Workers in Higher Learning Institutions

Moral community of colleges and universities must adapt to the training needs in the new era,we must establish a new concept of role integration of new moral workers,and strive to make moral education in the era of sexual expression,the laws giving creative,means must become research-based moral educator.Compared to the role of traditional,colleges and universities moral workers must complete several difficult changes : change of dignity to friendly,change "teacher" to "engineer",change moral delivery to moral guidance,change specialist to erudite change content-based to initiatives for improved.
