| 摘 要： | 本文通过对南方高职院校学生教育管理、就业指导工作及各地人才市场的考察,借鉴兄弟院校及各地人才市场的经验,提出我院应以人为本,增强服务意识,提高学生管理水平;强化服务理念,为学生就业提供全方位的指导和服务,打造就业平台。

| Abstract: | Through investigation into job-hunting guidance work and instructive management for students of vocational colleges and the talents markets in the south, the writer of the paper puts forward that our college should carry out the human being oriented policy, increase the level of service and administration for students, and so as to supply omnidirectional service and instruction for the students and create more employment opportunities. |
