| 摘 要： | 2013年,国务院批准《全国老工业基地调整改造规划（2013-2022）》,全面拉开了我国老工业区转型发展的帷幕。国内外理论研究及相关实践表明,老工业区转型发展对于产业结构调整、城市功能再造以及可持续发展具有非常重要的意义。本文在总结国内外老工业区转型相关理论研究的基础上,重点剖析目前我国都市老工业区转型发展中面临的主要问题,并提出都市老工业区下一步转型发展的基本思路。

| Abstract: | The State Council of PRC approved the ＂planning adjustment and reform the old industrial bases in the country（2013-2022）＂ in 2013, the transformation and redevelopment of old industrial areas officially kicked off. According to the domestic and international theoretical research and practice, the transformation of old industrial areas is very important to the adjustment of industrial structure, city reconstruction and sustainable development. In this paper, the author Summarizes theory of the transformation of old industrial areas, and focuses on the main problems which we faced in the transformation and redevelopment of old industrial areas, and proposes the basic idea of next transformation. |
