山东产业结构升级与就业问题的灰色关联分析

众多文献和各国经济发展实践证明,产业结构与就业问题存在密切关系。针对产业结构的多因素变量的特点,构建灰色关联分析模型研究山东省产业结构和就业结构的关联情况。结果显示,产业结构与就业结构关联度较高,产业结构调整与升级的过程中应注重就业结构的优化,合理配置劳动资源,使之与产业结构的演进相协调,最终实现经济与就业的同步发展。
