| 摘 要： | 高校后勤要真正成为独立的法人实体，明晰资产，明确后勤与校方的产权关系，进行产权多元化改革是其前提条件；完善的社会保障体系和现代化的人事管理制度，明确后勤职工与学校的人事关系是其必要的社会支持，有了这些保障，高校后勤成为独立法人实体就具备了最基础的条件。

| Abstract: | The turning of Rear - service Group into independent corporate organization must rest with the differentiation of the assets, and the clear - cut relationships of property right between Rear - service Group and college or university. The pluralistic reform is the basic condition. The perfect social guarantee system, the modernized personnel management system and the clear understanding of the relationship between rear - service staff and college or university are the indispensable conditions for social support. |
