| 摘 要： | 在人类生存与发展的过程中,劳动起到了十分关键的作用。在新时代背景下,劳动呈现出全新的发展特征。高校教育的根本任务是立德树人,劳动教育是高校德育体系不可或缺的一环。基于此,该文对高校劳动教育的主要内容与基础保障展开分析,提出激发个体自觉参与劳动的意识、联动家庭生活常态开展劳动习惯教育、发挥劳动教育生产和服务社会的功能等措施。

| Abstract: | In the process of human survival and development,labor has played a very important role.Under the background of the new era,labor has also shown brand-new development characteristics.In the educational system of colleges and universities,its fundamental goal is to complete the task of enhancing morality and fostering talents.Therefore,labor education has also become an indispensable part of the moral education system of colleges and universities.Based on this,this paper analyzes the main content and basic guarantees of labor education in colleges and universities,and proposes development measures such as stimulating the awareness of free and conscious labor,linking family normal life to carry out labor habit education,giving full play to the role of social production and service in labor education. |
