摘    要:商科专业是广东女子职业技术学院的主要招生专业,也是大类专业中较多的招生专业。近些年来商科人才培养环境发生了很大变化,校企合作双主体协同育人成为当下人才培养的重要手段。为了培养适应社会需求的商科人才,广东女子职业技术学院在构建高效的实训基地体系方面做出了重大尝试并取得了一些成果1]。文章基于校企协同育人的职教发展规律,探讨了商科专业实训基地构建的基本思路,重构了三级递进的实训基地和校企协同的技术技能平台2-3],为广东女子职业技术学院商科人才培养质量的提升奠定了基础。

Exploration and Practice of Business Training Base Construction Based on School-Enterprise Collaborative Education

Abstract:The business major is the main major of Guangdong Women’s Polytechnic College,and it is also the main major among the major categories.In recent years,the environment of business talent training has undergone great changes.The dual-subject collaborative education based on school-enterprise cooperation has become an important means of talent training.In order to cultivate business talents that meet the needs of society,Guangdong Women’s Polytechnic College has made a major attempt in building an efficient training base,and has achieved some results.Based on the law of vocational education development based on school-enterprise collaborative education,this paper explores the basic ideas for business training base construction,and reconstructs a three-level progressive training base and a school-enterprise collaborative platform for technology and skills,in order to lay the foundation for improving the quality of business talent training in Guangdong Women’s Polytechnic College.
