摘    要:从目前高校体育教师队伍现状出发,分析存在的问题和不足,运用职业生涯管理理论,有针对性地解决不同阶段体育教师可能出现的不利于职业发展的问题,倡导教师进行职业规划,实现学校发展目标和教师个体目标的一致性,从而提高高校用人质量,实现教师可持续发展。

Abstract:College personnel management must be integrated with the actual appointment of teacher posts. Judging from the current status team of college PE teachers, this article analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies, addresses different stages of negative career development of PE teachers with the management theory in my career. To promote career planning of teachers,to achieve the consistency between goals of school development and objectives of individual teachers, in order to improve the quality of university personnel and to achieve sustainable development of teachers.
