| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了投资银行的基本情况,然后在与西方发达国家投资银行业比较分析的基础上提出了我国发展投资银行业所面临的宏观问题,并有针对性地提出了发展策略.得出的结论对于如何盘活我国国有资产存量、优化增量配置和发展直接融资有一定的借鉴意义.

| Abstract: | Investment bank acts as an important role in capital market. Since we are on the road of market economy, we need capital market and investment bank. This paper first introduces the condition of investment bank. Then on the basis of comparison with western countries' investment bank and ours, the paper points out questions that we have to face. Lastly, according to conditions in China effective strategy is made out. |
