| 摘 要： | 要在简析外军体育院校基本情况的基础上,根据国内外形势发展状况和现代化高科技局部军事斗争特点,从明确发展方向、创新发展理念、准确空间定位、扩大培训规模、提高教育层次、加强科学研究等方面,阐述了我院未来发展的看法?并且提出了“军事体育训练追求的是打破常规的科学的科学理念”、“科学性的突出体现是‘合理’和‘适应’”等观点?

| Abstract: | Based on a brief analysis of general situations of foreign military institutes of PE and the development cir-eumstanees at home and abroad as well as the characteristics of modernized hi - tech local war, this article clarifies some personal ideas about the future development of PLA institute of PE and puts forward the viewpoints of 'what military sports seek is the scientific nature of breaking conventional science" and "the scientific nature embodies ' rationalization and adaptability , etc. |
