摘    要:新课程标准的提出和实施,已经在全国的课程改革方案中得到重视和明确。通过新课程标准的实施促进学生学习方式的变革,用以提高学生的学力,以致最终提高全民“基础性”素质。作为一件新兴事件体现出了其鲜活的生命力。新课程标准的产生是有其深刻的背景的,几乎是对传统教育的反思而得出的。这里将从多个方面对研究性学习产生的背景作分析。

Abstract:It was important and clearly during the scheme of the reformed course that the new course standards were proposed and enforced.The "basic"character of people were improved throw proposing of the new course standards.It were embodied activate life-force as fresh thing,the new course standards were yielded opposit to trabitional education.The author analysed background of the research study from many angles.
