| 摘 要： | 本文分析了学校与监考人员之间的委托—代理关系，结果表明，学校应该根据自身的效用水平，在考虑监考人员的努力成本与监考人员收益的前提下，发给监考人相应的固定工资与激励工资，激励监考人员认真监考，严肃考风。 |

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the principal- agent relationship between the school and the invigilators. It suggested that the school should choose sufficient statistic to measure the invigilafion. Based on the invigilators＇ past performances and under the eonsideration of monitoring cost and monitoring level, fixed and inspiring payment should be given to inspire them invigilate seriously and avoid bribery in examination invigilation. |
