| 摘 要： | 长期以来 ,中国农村小城镇的无序发展导致了大量小城镇病的产生 ,制约了我国农村城镇化的可持续发展。通过制定合理的政策措施 ,并与市场手段相结合 ,以区域为单元 ,对农村小城镇在空间结构、规模结构、产业结构、土地利用、基础设施等方面实施综合整理 ,是实现农村城镇化可持续发展的战略选择。

| Abstract: | The sustainable development of rural urbanization in China was combered by many urban problems developed in the process of out of order development. By the mean of constituting reasonable policy and measures,combining with market measures,it is a strategic choice of realizing rural urbanization to put rural little towns in practice in adjustment and renewal of spatial structure,dimensions structure,industry structure,ground using,infrastructure,etc. |
