我国地方政府执行力问题研究

目前在我国仍存在着不执行、乱执行和难执行等执行力不强现象。研究政府执行力问题，旨在进一步强化我国政府执行力，避免政策执行中出现各种行为偏差，保证政策顺利执行，推动经济社会健康、稳定、和谐地向前发展。

Research on Local Government Executive Power in China

There exists some problems in the executive power for local governments in China,such as non-execution arbitrary execution and difficult enforcement of judgments,so the executive ability of the government is discussed in this paper to strengthen the executive power in order to avoid the policy bias arising from the implementation of the policies and promote economic and social stability and the harmonious development.
