| 摘 要： | 刘秀率春陵兵参与推翻王莽政权并在昆阳之战中击溃莽军，取得全胜。他在刘Yan被杀后，冷静自若；正确处理各种关系，并乘势削平各地割据势力，建立东汉政权。他在巩固封建政权过程中，采用“柔道”政治，恢复发展生产，整伤风化，使社会安定，出现“中兴”盛世。刘秀是中国历史上名的一代明君。

| Abstract: | LU Xiu,who was a famouse emperor of Eastern Han Dynasty,command his men to overturn the rule of Western Han and win the victory fainally Althovgh his brother was killed without guilt,he could correctly handled all kinds of relations Thereafter he weakened the force of rival principalities and founded the rule of the Eastern Han Dynasty During the process of consoliditing political power,he took resuming and developing production measures and won people's by political measures to stabilize social order and a flourishing age appeared |
