| 摘 要： | 在梳理了教师教育观念及教师教育观念转变的含义、类型,分析了教师教育观念与教育行为分离的原因、以及影响教师教育观念转变的因素基础上,侧重从转化的路径模式、途径方式和干预策略等三个维度,提出了教师教育观念向教育行为有效转化的内在机制。
